Thank you for shopping with Flea & Frame. Because our pieces are vintage, pre-owned, and often one-of-a-kind, all items are sold as-is and all sales are final.

Before purchasing, please read the product descriptions carefully. I do my best to photograph and describe each item accurately, including any imperfections, wear, or patina that naturally occur with age. If you have questions or need additional photos before purchasing, please reach out—I’m happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • All items are sold as-is, and by completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a vintage or used item that may show signs of age and use.

Order Issues / Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:

  1. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
  3. Keep all packaging materials until your claim is fully reviewed.

Shipping damage claims may be handled through the carrier. I will assist you in the process when possible.

Lost Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery delays or lost packages are outside my control. If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. I will assist if I can, but Flea & Frame cannot issue refunds for items marked as delivered.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
